Memorial Services for Regina Gail Garrett, 59 of Ratliff City, Ok will be 4:30 PM Friday, January 22, 2016 at Roberts Funeral Home Chapel in Healdton. She was born August 29, 1956 in Duncan to Burl and Edith Fletcher Morgan, she passed away January 17 in Healdton.

Regina was raised in Healdton where she attended school and graduated from Healdton High School. Her hobbies include sewing, crocheting and crafting. She loved music, it was a big part of her life. She always knew all the word to every song. She was always singing. She was a homemaker all her life. She was married to Steve Garrett for 34 years until they divorced in February of 2013.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by two daughters, Brandi Moore and husband Frank of Ratliff City and Dana Riggs and husband Bobby of Bowie, TX; brother Donald Morgan and sister Kathy West both of Healdton; grandchildren Traci, Tim, Tasha, Toby, Frank, Jagger, Wyatt and Shauna and great grandson Easton. She had numerous kids that called her grandma even though she wasn't, she loved each and every kid like they were her own.
